These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the uDrafter website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Service

uDrafter is a free draft simulation tool for League of Legends. It lets you create, share and replay pick & ban sessions. The Service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of continuous availability.

2. Access and account

Most features are available without an account. Some features require signing in through a third-party provider (Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, not to attempt to disrupt its operation, not to publish illegal, offensive or infringing content, and to comply with applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The interface, code and graphic elements of the Service are protected. Names, trademarks and content related to League of Legends belong to Riot Games, Inc. uDrafter is not endorsed by Riot Games and is not affiliated with Riot Games.

5. Liability

The Service is provided free of charge and without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the Service.

6. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be amended at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the version in force.
